Dear Tenants:
We hope you had a nice, quiet Thanksgiving. Our gratitude goes to all of you who are doing your part to comply with our building guidelines and hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe.  We again urge you to strictly follow the guidelines below including restricting elevator occupancy to no more than two persons (who are not part of the same household) at a time.  Our sense of community at Spinning Wheel Apartments is incredibly strong and we believe that our willingness to respect each other and work together, will get us all through this unprecedented time.
As we have previously indicated there was and may continue to be reported confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Spinning Wheel Apartments and by occupying the building, you assume the risk in doing so.  While we are constantly taking steps to ensure safety, your cooperation and full compliance with the below requirements is the single biggest factor in keeping you, your families, as well as our staff, safe.
We expect all tenants and visitors to adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Do not frequent or remain in the common areas of the Building if you, within the last two weeks, have tested positive for COVID-19, are sick, have a fever, are coughing, have difficulty breathing, are experiencing any other symptoms of COVID-19; or have been in close contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 either in your household, your place of business or elsewhere;
  2. Do not enter the common areas of the Building if you are not wearing a mask or face covering; as is required under Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order that states that face-coverings are required in public indoor spaces;
  3. Stay at least 6 feet away from anyone at all times and do not congregate or linger in the common areas of the Building;
  4. Limit elevator use to no more than two persons at a time and queue as shown on the floor stickers;
  5. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use the sanitation stations provided;
  6. Stay home as much as possible except for essential activities and avoid gatherings in your apartment with anyone outside of your household;
  7. Avoid non-essential out-of-state travel.
