While we have no cases in our buildings, we are working on many fronts to keep our tenants and employees safe. Due to our staff’s additional workload as a result of increased cleaning and sanitation procedures as well as an anticipated reduction in Hinsdale Management work force, effective Monday, March 16th, all non-essential maintenance services will be suspended. We will only respond to essential requests such as plumbing emergencies, water leaks, lack of heat etc… Additionally, our building entrances will be locked at 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and over the weekends starting Saturday March 21st. Our management office will be operating with reduced staff and closed to walk-ins. If you plan to continue see clients on the weekends please contact our office so arrangements can be made. As we previously indicated, all conference, fitness centers, cafeterias are now closed. We will also be removing furniture in most building lobbies. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. The health and safety of our staff and tenants is our utmost priority.
