Dear Tenants:
As the State of Illinois moves into Phase 5, the final phase of the “Restore Illinois,” reopening plan, we wish to sincerely thank you for your assistance throughout the Pandemic in cooperating with our Building Guidelines which were designed to keep you, your staff and visitors, as well as our staff safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Over the next several weeks, we will be re-opening most of our common area conference facilities, exercise rooms and common area lobbies. In addition, we will be removing entry door signage and replacing it with new signage to read as follows:
“Facial Coverings and social distancing required for unvaccinated tenants and visitors who are able to medically tolerate a face covering”
We, of course, encourage you to follow all public health guidelines which may be modified from time to time. As we have previously indicated there have been and may continue to be reported confirmed cases of COVID-19 at our properties and by occupying our buildings, you assume the risk in doing so.
